She chews the inside of her lip, hiding a burgeoning smile.
"I hope not."
She looks down, hoping to obscure the color in her cheeks. She's tempted to ask him to stay, but given everything it's best they quit while they're ahead.
"I'll see you tomorrow?"
She absently fixes his tie.
